Lessons from My Experience

  • Because we're doers and go-getters, women struggle to create balance in their lives.

  • There are highs and lows and different emotions that go into wanting to have kids so bad, but these don’t necessarily happen in the timeframe that you wanted.

  • When we talk about things and we're open, we can help other people feel like they're not alone.

  • In order to take care of others, you first need to take care of yourself.

  • Sometimes in life, if you're going through a storm, dress the way you wanna feel.

  • Ask for help.

  • Give yourself grace and know that in life, things change. And there are going to be times in your life when you are going through this storm and things aren't the way that you imagine them to be.

Why Weathering Through a Storm is Good

Sometimes the storms that you go through:

  • are temporary

  • prepare you for that next phase in life

  • become your greatest strength in life
